SAADAT HASAN MANTO Life story

Saadat Hassan Manto was imagined in Paproudi town of Samarla, in the Ludhiana territory of Punjab in a Muslim gathering of advisors on 11 May 1912. His father was an appointed authority of a local court. He was ethnically a Kashmiri and satisfied with his Kashmiri roots. In a letter to Pandit Nehru, he suggested that being 'great' was the second centrality of being 'Kashmiri'.
